Recent polling averages place the Parti Libéral du Québec (PLQ) at roughly 20-22% support ahead of the October 5 election, behind the Parti Québécois at 29% and the Coalition Avenir Québec at 23-24%. Seat models from aggregators such as 338Canada project the PLQ near 31 seats on average, with ranges spanning 25-37, reflecting concentration of support in Montreal and anglophone ridings alongside weaker performance elsewhere. The fragmented vote, regional variations, and stabilization in recent surveys have kept PLQ seat outcomes clustered in the low-to-mid 30s or below in trader assessments. Upcoming debates and final-week turnout shifts in key battlegrounds remain the primary variables that could widen or narrow those ranges before election day.
