The Reservists–New Economic Party alliance, formed in early September 2026 after Yoaz Hendel split from the prior Zionist Home partnership and joined Yaron Zelekha’s slate, faces a tight race near Israel’s 3.25% electoral threshold ahead of the October 27 vote. Latest polls from KAN and Maariv project roughly four seats, drawing support from centre-right and reservist voters focused on conscription equity, economic reforms such as VAT cuts, and a broad Zionist coalition excluding Haredi or Arab parties. Earlier surveys showed the grouping below the threshold or around 2-3%, while bloc dynamics and competition from Yashar, Likud, and smaller right-wing lists create ongoing volatility. Trader consensus clusters probabilities tightly around 3.25-4.25% because recent polling shifts and the new partnership’s untested voter base leave limited room for decisive separation before election day.
