Recent polls from Quaest and Real Time Big Data through early September show Renato Casagrande holding a clear lead for one Espírito Santo Senate seat, while a technical tie persists among six or more contenders for second place under the state's dual-vote system. Sergio Meneguelli, Fabiano Contarato, Rose de Freitas, Maguinha Malta, Evair de Melo, and Marcos do Val cluster within the margin of error, sustained by high undecided and blank shares plus voters splitting preferences across candidates. Limited major endorsements or campaign shifts since August surveys have preserved this equilibrium. Scheduled debates, coalition alignments, or final-week polling before the October 4 election could consolidate support and widen gaps among the pack. Trader consensus reflects this ongoing fragmentation for the second seat.
