Forecast consensus from multiple models indicates a maximum of 19°C for Cape Town on September 10 under persistent cloudy skies and moderate southerly winds of 15–25 km/h that limit daytime heating. These conditions follow a recent cooling trend after early-September peaks above 25°C, aligning with the seasonal average high near 18–19°C for the month. Hourly observations show temperatures climbing to 18–20°C by early afternoon before declining, with low precipitation risk supporting the market-implied odds favoring 19°C at nearly 50% probability. Minor model variations around wind strength and cloud cover introduce the secondary support for 20°C or 18°C outcomes.
