Recent official forecasts and hourly observations from meteorological sources indicate Beijing reached a daily maximum of 31°C on September 10 under clear skies, light southwesterly winds, and low humidity near 20% during peak afternoon hours. This aligns with model consensus projecting modest warming from a 16–18°C morning low, consistent with late-summer patterns where September averages hover near 27°C but recent dry conditions have supported higher readings. The market's near-certain positioning on 31°C reflects aggregated trader assessment of these verified data streams. Potential challenges include final post-processing revisions by monitoring agencies or minor station-to-station variations exceeding 1°C, though current evidence leaves little room for deviation.
