JoAnna Mendoza holds a strong lead in trader consensus for Arizona’s 6th Congressional District largely due to her consistent polling edge in recent surveys, substantial fundraising advantage, and the district’s narrow partisan balance. A June 2026 House Majority PAC poll showed her ahead 47-45 percent, with the margin expanding after balanced messaging, while earlier Republican-linked polling also found her narrowly in front. Mendoza, a 20-year Marine veteran, has outraised incumbent Juan Ciscomani overall and secured key Democratic endorsements and DCCC support in this Cook-rated toss-up. The seat’s recent history of close contests, including narrow Republican wins in 2022 and 2024 alongside Democratic strength in statewide races, keeps the race competitive ahead of the November 3 general election, with the September 10 debate highlighting contrasting records on costs, taxes, and bipartisanship.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
