Keith Faber holds an 88% implied probability in trader consensus due to Ohio's consistent Republican advantage in statewide contests and his background as state auditor with a record of fraud prosecutions. He secured the GOP nomination unopposed in the May primary after announcing early and gaining endorsements from groups like the Club for Growth. Democratic nominee John Kulewicz, an Upper Arlington council member and retired attorney who won his party's May primary, trails at 11.5% amid lower name recognition and fundraising. Recent September developments include Kulewicz launching the first general-election ad on corruption and affordability themes, while a Republican Attorneys General Association super PAC has directed over $1 million in support for Faber. These factors reinforce the market's assessment of limited path for the challenger ahead of the November 3 vote.
