Recent polling from early September shows Rayssa Furlan maintaining a clear lead for one Senate seat in Amapá, leaving the contest for second place between incumbents Lucas Barreto and Randolfe Rodrigues. Multiple surveys indicate the pair remain within the margin of error, with Barreto edging ahead in some results and Randolfe competitive in others amid stable but modest support for remaining candidates. Party coalitions, including Randolfe’s broad alliance backing the state government and Barreto’s alignment with the Furlan group, continue to shape voter preferences. With the October 4 vote approaching and roughly one-third of respondents still undecided or open to change, late shifts in turnout or campaign focus on state development and federal resources could determine separation for the second position.
