In Brazil's 2026 Senate election for Paraná's two seats, trader pricing reflects a fragmented field where Filipe Barros holds a marginal edge for second place amid polls showing technical ties among leading contenders. Recent surveys through September indicate Alexandre Curi, Deltan Dallagnol, Gleisi Hoffmann, and Barros trading narrow leads depending on scenario and turnout assumptions, with undecided voters often exceeding 25-35%. This uncertainty stems from the state's proportional dynamics, shifting alliances across parties including PL, PT, Novo, and Republicanos, and limited name recognition for several candidates. Late campaign events, candidate positioning on key state issues, or shifts in first-preference votes could consolidate support and separate the field before October balloting.
