Olivia Chow maintains a commanding position in the Toronto mayoral race as the incumbent seeking a full term, with recent polling showing her at 50 percent support among decided and leaning voters compared to Brad Bradford at 39 percent and Chris Alexander at 10 percent. Her lead has held steady or edged higher since late summer amid consistent regional advantages in downtown, North York, and Scarborough areas. Chow formally launched her re-election campaign in early September, emphasizing housing, transit, and service continuity while pledging property tax increases near inflation. Bradford's support has stalled despite earlier gains, with his strongest backing concentrated in Etobicoke. Traders' strong consensus around Chow reflects these stable polling trends and the absence of major late shifts ahead of the October 26 vote.
