Forecast models from the National Weather Service indicate Chicago's overnight low on September 10 will likely bottom out in the mid-60s°F as northerly winds follow a recent frontal passage, moderating humidity while clear skies promote radiational cooling. This aligns with trader emphasis on 64-67°F bins, reflecting consensus around seasonal norms near 59°F yet tempered by lingering late-summer warmth. Key variables include exact dew point depression, cloud cover timing, and wind speeds that could shift the minimum by several degrees, explaining the broad distribution including elevated odds on 57°F or below. Updated model runs and official observations through dawn will refine these probabilities before market resolution.
