Forecast models for Cape Town on September 10, 2026, indicate a maximum temperature most likely between 18°C and 20°C under persistent cloudy skies and moderate southerly winds that advect cooler marine air from the Atlantic. These conditions limit daytime heating compared to clearer spring days, aligning with the market's leading implied probabilities for 19°C at 45.5% and 20°C at 26.0%. Early morning readings near 14–15°C and hourly peaks projected around midday support this narrow range, with historical September averages near 18–19°C providing additional context. Traders appear to weigh official station data resolution criteria heavily, as minor shifts in cloud cover or wind could adjust the final maximum within the 18–20°C band.
