United Russia maintains a commanding lead in the Chuvashia State Council election, held September 18–20 alongside the national Duma vote, due to its entrenched regional organization, federal backing, and control of single-mandate districts under the mixed electoral system. The party secured 30 of 44 seats in 2021 and benefits from the same structural advantages seen nationally, where early counts show it exceeding 57 percent amid limited opposition participation and high administrative alignment. Other registered parties, including CPRF, LDPR, New People, and A Just Russia, trail far behind in both party-list and constituency races. Trader consensus at 98.9 percent for United Russia reflects this institutional dominance, though late official tallies or procedural disputes could theoretically alter outcomes before final certification.
