Official National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 11 project a daily high near 89–90°F amid typical late-summer easterly flow, high humidity, and afternoon thunderstorm development that often caps peak readings. This aligns with climatological averages around 89–90°F for the date and supports the market’s leading 90–91°F bin. Recent model runs show limited day-to-day variability, with scattered showers expected to limit extreme heat while sea-breeze effects and cloud cover keep temperatures from climbing much above the low 90s. Traders appear to weight the consensus guidance heavily, assigning lower probability to 92°F-plus outcomes unless drier air or suppressed convection materializes overnight.
