**In Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District, a solidly Republican seat with an R+15 partisan voting index, incumbent Brian Jack faces Democrat Maura Keller in the November 3, 2026 general election.** Jack advanced unopposed in the May Republican primary, while Keller secured the Democratic nomination with roughly 61% against her primary opponent. Historical results in the district, including Jack’s 66% share in 2024, combined with the absence of a competitive Republican primary and limited Democratic infrastructure, support trader expectations that the Republican nominee will clear a majority on the first ballot. Georgia’s runoff rules trigger only if no candidate exceeds 50%, and current assessments of turnout patterns, candidate quality, and district lean produce a trader consensus of roughly 64% probability for an outright November winner. No major late developments have altered the structural dynamics ahead of the general.
