PAN leads trader expectations for second place in Mexico’s June 2027 Chamber of Deputies election because national polling since mid-2026 consistently places it ahead of other opposition parties, typically in the 11-18% range behind Morena’s 35-45% share. Recent surveys from Buendía & Márquez, Mitofsky, and LaEncuesta MX show PAN edging PRI and Movimiento Ciudadano among non-Morena options, with the gap too narrow for statistical certainty but stable enough to shape market pricing. Opposition fragmentation, limited national alliances, and Morena’s continued organizational edge reinforce PAN’s relative standing, while PVEM, PT, and MC trail further back. Scheduled candidate selections and state-level negotiations in the coming months could still shift momentum.
