Revisions to previously published NPM data made after their initial release will not be considered, unless made to correct clearly erroneous data.Databricks’ August 2026 close of a $5 billion round at a $190 billion valuation, backed by $7 billion-plus annualized revenue growing over 80% year-over-year, has offset Stripe’s February 2026 tender at $159 billion and produced the current 50% market-implied odds. Traders weigh Databricks’ accelerating AI data-platform momentum and multiple funding rounds against Stripe’s established payments volume, free-cash-flow profile, and secondary-market pricing that has fluctuated between roughly $156 billion and $184 billion. Key swing factors include any new primary or tender activity before year-end, regulatory or acquisition developments, and shifts in broader risk appetite that could alter relative multiples for high-growth software versus fintech names.
