**Trader consensus around 19°C for the lowest temperature in Seoul (Incheon) on September 21 reflects current official forecasts showing a clear overnight minimum near that level.** Clear skies and light northeasterly winds have promoted efficient radiative cooling after daytime highs reached 27–28°C, consistent with National Meteorological Agency guidance and model consensus from sources such as the Met Office and local observations. Historical September climatology for the region places typical daily minima in the 18–20°C range under similar synoptic patterns, reinforcing the market-implied odds near 99%. A realistic shift could occur if late-day cloud cover or stronger winds reduce cooling, or if station-specific readings at Incheon International Airport versus central Seoul differ by 1°C due to urban heat island effects, though current conditions make such deviations unlikely before resolution.
