Forecast models for Warsaw on September 23 indicate a daytime high near 16–17°C under northwest winds of 15–20 km/h, partly cloudy skies, and light shower chances that limit solar heating. Recent cool, rainy conditions on September 21–22 have established a stable air mass with surface pressures near 1020 hPa, keeping temperatures close to seasonal averages while suppressing stronger warming. Slight model differences in cloud timing and precipitation placement create the tight contest between 16°C and 17°C outcomes, with traders weighing hourly data releases and updated runs from European and global ensembles ahead of resolution.
