Official meteorological observations for Istanbul on September 20 confirm a daily maximum of 24°C, aligning with the market's near-certain consensus. Late-summer atmospheric conditions, including northeast winds and partial cloud cover, limited daytime heating despite earlier model guidance around 25–27°C. This outcome fits within typical September variability for the region, where highs often range 22–26°C based on historical baselines from stations like Istanbul Atatürk Airport. Minor forecast revisions or station-specific differences could still emerge before final certification, though strong model convergence and real-time data make such shifts improbable.
