National Weather Service preliminary climatological data recorded a daily maximum of 83°F with a minimum of 76°F under mostly cloudy conditions and scattered showers, aligning with real-time reports of afternoon readings near 82°F and consistent multi-source verification. This outcome sits below the 1991-2020 September 23 average high of 88.7°F amid typical late-season steering patterns and modest moisture. While final quality-controlled records could see minor adjustments, such revisions remain unlikely given the tight clustering of surface observations and absence of measurement anomalies.
