Persistent cloudy skies, light rain, and northeasterly winds are holding Tokyo's daytime maximum near 21–22°C on September 10, aligning with the market's 59% implied probability for 22°C and 27% for 21°C. Official forecasts from sources including the Japan Meteorological Agency and global models show suppressed temperatures due to high cloud cover and steady precipitation, well below September climatological averages. Current observations and short-range guidance indicate limited daytime warming, with highs unlikely to reach 23°C or higher given the ongoing moisture and lack of solar heating. Resolution will follow JMA's verified daily maximum, with traders weighting these stable, data-driven conditions heavily in the near-term outlook.
