Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model consensus indicate a moderating trend for Seattle on September 11, with daytime highs likely in the mid-to-upper 60s°F under mostly cloudy skies and light southerly flow. This follows several warmer days in the low-to-mid 70s, as a shift toward onshore marine air and increased cloud cover limits afternoon heating compared to recent clear conditions. Key variables include the exact timing of any breaks in cloud cover and wind speeds, which could nudge the peak temperature between the 66–67°F and 68–69°F bins favored by traders. Official observations at Sea-Tac and downtown stations will determine the daily maximum, with minimal precipitation expected.
