Official National Weather Service forecasts for Chicago on September 14 project a high near 72°F under mostly sunny skies following today's showers, with southeast winds and minimal cloud cover limiting additional warming. This positions the 72-73°F outcome as the market leader at 59.5% implied probability, consistent with model consensus and post-frontal cooling in the current air mass. Nearby bins at 70-71°F and 74-75°F capture residual uncertainty in exact peak timing and microscale variations, while higher or lower extremes remain low-probability given stable steering patterns and absence of significant warm advection. Traders are monitoring any late-model updates or observational shifts before resolution.
