Bernard Drainville holds the leading trader consensus in the Lévis riding as the incumbent Coalition avenir Québec MNA and current Minister of Economy, Innovation and Energy, benefiting from name recognition, a record of local infrastructure and economic initiatives, and party organization ahead of the October 5, 2026, general election. Karine Laflamme of the Parti conservateur du Québec trails as the main challenger, capitalizing on voter frustration with CAQ governance and specific local priorities such as the stalled third-link project. Projections from recent models show a close CAQ-CPQ contest in the riding, with the Parti québécois, Liberals, and Québec solidaire holding smaller shares. Nomination deadlines closing on September 17 and ongoing regional debates have kept attention on Drainville’s incumbency edge versus opposition momentum in this swing seat.
