Anduril trades at a slim 52.5% market-implied probability of finishing 2026 with the higher valuation, reflecting its rapid private-market momentum against Lockheed Martin’s roughly $120–123 billion public market cap. Anduril’s May Series H round closed at $61 billion post-money on $2.2 billion in 2025 revenue, with secondary marks since ranging from $69 billion to $114 billion amid new autonomous-systems contracts and production ramp-up. Lockheed’s valuation rests on steady defense backlog, modest single-digit revenue growth, and predictable earnings, while Anduril’s marks remain sensitive to secondary liquidity and any follow-on financing. Key swing factors over the next three months include Lockheed’s third-quarter results, potential Anduril capital raises or major DoD awards, and broader shifts in defense spending sentiment that could widen or close the narrow gap.
