The non-competitive character of Virginia’s November 3 Senate contest between incumbent Democrat Mark Warner and Republican Bert Mizusawa keeps multiple turnout brackets clustered in the low-to-mid 30 percent range on Polymarket. Warner’s consistent double-digit polling lead after the August 4 primary has produced subdued campaign intensity, with weaker early mobilization among Republican voters and turnout hinging mainly on suburban and independent participation. With roughly 6.43 million registered voters, historical midterm patterns show total ballots typically driven by get-out-the-vote spending, late-cycle advertising volume, and any national developments that could lift overall participation without shifting the underlying partisan environment. Traders therefore see limited separation until closer to Election Day.
