**Trader consensus at 100% for a 31°C high in Madrid on September 20 reflects official forecasts and real-time observations under clear, stable high-pressure conditions.** Multiple meteorological models, including those aligned with AEMET and GFS data, project an afternoon peak near 30–32°C with light winds and minimal cloud cover, consistent with late-summer climatology for the region. Current readings show temperatures climbing from morning lows around 17–22°C toward that range by early evening, with no significant deviations in steering patterns or moisture. This skin-in-the-game positioning aligns with the narrow uncertainty band in short-range guidance. Only an unforecasted surge in cloudiness or localized measurement differences at official stations could realistically alter the outcome before resolution.
