Trader consensus has converged on 18°C as Moscow’s highest temperature for September 14, driven by official meteorological observations from Roshydromet stations confirming this peak under a stable high-pressure ridge. Ensemble model runs from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts aligned closely with surface measurements, showing limited diurnal variation and no late-day surges. Historical September averages for the region hover near 15–17°C, providing context for the modest warmth. This market-implied outcome could shift only if post-event quality control revises station data or identifies a micro-climate anomaly exceeding the recorded maximum, though such revisions remain uncommon for daily highs.
