Clear skies and a stable high-pressure system are positioning Munich for a September 23 high temperature near the seasonal average of 18.8°C, driving the strong market consensus around 19°C. Official forecasts from multiple models indicate mostly sunny conditions with light easterly or northeasterly winds, low humidity during peak heating hours, and minimal cloud cover, supporting afternoon maxima of 18–19°C. This aligns with current observations of clearing skies on September 22 and the absence of frontal activity or significant moisture. Traders appear to weigh the tight clustering of model outputs and historical analogs for late-September anticyclonic setups, with limited probability assigned to outliers above 20°C or below 18°C absent any forecast revisions.
