Latest National Weather Service forecasts for New York City on September 11 project a daytime high near 80°F at Central Park after morning clouds clear under northwest flow. This follows a cold front passage, with high pressure building and limiting afternoon heating despite seasonal norms around 78°F. Model consensus points to partly to mostly sunny skies and lighter winds, positioning the 80-81°F range as the market favorite at 48% implied probability, followed by 78-79°F. Minor variations in cloud timing or boundary layer mixing could shift the peak by 1-2°F, consistent with the narrower trading on adjacent bins. Updated guidance through resolution will refine these outlooks.
