**Official National Weather Service forecasts for San Francisco on September 21, 2026, call for a daytime high near 66°F (19°C), with a slight morning chance of drizzle followed by gradual clearing to mostly sunny skies and southwest winds of 5–15 mph.** This aligns with the market's leading outcomes in the 64–69°F range, reflecting the strong marine influence typical of the Bay Area, where cool Pacific air and the marine layer moderate temperatures below inland norms. Recent observations show morning readings in the mid-50s to low 60s, consistent with model consensus and historical September patterns averaging around 70°F but often cooler coastally. Minor forecast uncertainty around cloud cover and exact peak timing supports the clustered probabilities, with traders weighting official guidance from NWS and local monitoring stations for resolution.
