**The 91.8% implied probability for an outright first-round winner reflects trader consensus that Georgia’s November 3, 2026, gubernatorial contest will produce a majority for either Republican nominee Rick Jackson or Democratic nominee Keisha Lance Bottoms.** Both major-party candidates secured their nominations in 2026 primaries and a Republican runoff, leaving a head-to-head general election matchup. No Libertarian or other significant third-party candidate appears on the ballot, and no organized write-in effort is reported. This structure concentrates voter support between the two nominees. Recent polling averages place the candidates in the mid-40s to low-50s range, with undecided or other voters typically in the single digits. Historical patterns in Georgia’s two-candidate statewide races show that undecideds usually break toward one of the major nominees by Election Day, raising the likelihood that the leader will exceed 50%. Scheduled events such as the October 6 town-hall debate and the final weeks of campaigning could still shift margins, but current conditions point to a binary outcome on November 3 without triggering the state’s runoff provision.
