Canva’s current private valuation sits near $38–42 billion based on 2025 employee tenders and secondary trades, supported by roughly $4 billion in annualized recurring revenue at the end of 2025 and 265 million monthly active users. Strong B2B expansion, AI feature adoption, and multiple acquisitions have sustained 20–43% year-over-year revenue growth, yet secondary marks have eased modestly amid broader SaaS multiple compression and competitive pressure from Google and Adobe tools. IPO preparations—including a Delaware redomicile and ex-Zoom CFO hire—remain on track for a potential 2027 listing rather than 2026, limiting near-term catalysts for a material step-up before year-end. Trader focus centers on whether fresh secondary prints or updated revenue data can push implied valuation above recent benchmarks by December 31.
