**Forecast model consensus from ECMWF, GFS, and KNMI places Amsterdam’s September 11 maximum in the 19–21 °C range, with 20 °C carrying the highest implied probability.** Southerly flow ahead of an approaching trough brings mild air, but extensive cloud cover and periods of light rain or drizzle—especially morning and midday—limit daytime heating and keep the peak near the seasonal average of ~19.6 °C. Ensemble guidance shows modest spread, with most members favoring a narrow window around 20 °C once any showers clear and modest insolation occurs under broken cloud. Traders weigh the latest high-resolution runs and KNMI guidance, which currently favor the upper end of the cooler scenario while acknowledging that a brief clearing could push the daily high to 21 °C or hold it at 19 °C depending on exact precipitation timing.
