If Anduril's valuation is equal to Lockheed Martin's public market capitalization at resolution, this market will resolve to 50-50. Revisions to previously published NPM data made after their initial release will not be considered, unless made to correct clearly erroneous data.Anduril's rapid ascent in private-market marks, fueled by its May 2026 $5 billion Series H at a $61 billion post-money valuation and subsequent secondary trading activity implying levels near or above $100 billion, underpins the 71.5% market-implied odds that its year-end valuation will exceed Lockheed Martin's. Anduril reported $2.2 billion in 2025 revenue—more than doubling year-over-year—alongside key contract momentum including a $20 billion U.S. Army enterprise award and Collaborative Combat Aircraft program participation, supporting premium multiples around 28x sales versus Lockheed's roughly 1.6x. Lockheed Martin's equity value has hovered near $121 billion amid steady but low-single-digit revenue growth in its $77 billion trailing base and stable defense prime dynamics. Traders are pricing in further Anduril funding or mark updates as the dominant catalyst through December, while acknowledging resolution hinges on private valuation methodologies and any Lockheed share-price response to its October earnings.
