**Fatima Ezzahra El Mansouri leads trader sentiment for Morocco’s next prime minister at 60% amid the September 23, 2026 legislative elections.** As coordinator of the Authenticity and Modernity Party (PAM) collective leadership and current housing minister, she benefits from her party’s strong polling position and recent recruitment of popular budget minister Fouzi Lekjaa. The King appoints the head of government from the largest party per constitutional rules, making the seat outcome decisive. Competing parties including the National Rally of Independents under Mohamed Chaouki and Istiqlal under Nizar Baraka keep the field open, while lower-odds figures such as Abdelilah Benkirane reflect limited momentum. Trader consensus reflects PAM’s campaign edge yet accounts for post-election coalition dynamics and royal discretion that could shift probabilities before resolution.
