Official National Weather Service observations at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport recorded a maximum temperature of 74°F on September 16, 2026, under clear skies with light northeasterly flow and no precipitation. This value aligns precisely with the 74–75°F bin, which now carries 100% market-implied odds as traders incorporate the finalized climatological data. The reading sits slightly above the 1991–2020 daily normal high of about 71°F, consistent with recent dry, stable conditions across the Pacific Northwest. Resolution depends on verified station measurements rather than forecasts, leaving minimal scope for revision unless subsequent quality-control adjustments alter the official record.
