Arsenal enter 2026-27 as defending champions after a dominant 2025-26 campaign, positioning them as title favorites and reducing their runner-up probability in trader pricing. Manchester City lead runner-up odds despite Pep Guardiola’s departure and Enzo Maresca’s arrival, bolstered by massive summer investment exceeding £430 million, including record deals for Elliot Anderson and Enzo Fernández, plus Erling Haaland’s continued presence. Chelsea sit third after heavy outlay on Morgan Rogers and others under Xabi Alonso, while Manchester United and Liverpool feature amid their own rebuilds and squad additions. The tightly bunched probabilities reflect a broad group of strengthened sides vying for second behind an Arsenal side expected to control the title race through defensive stability and midfield depth. Early-season results and the closed transfer window have reinforced this competitive dynamic among the top challengers.
