This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed country formally signs a normalization agreement with Israel under the framework of the Abraham Accords by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". A formal signing refers to an official agreement between Israel and another country that is publicly acknowledged by both governments and clearly attributed to the Abraham Accords or their continuation. The resolution source will be official government statements, however a consensus for credible reporting may also be used.Recent signals point to Kuwait as a potential near-term addition to the Abraham Accords, with Israel's ambassador to the UAE citing possible accession within four to six months amid shifting regional attitudes. U.S. pressure under the Trump administration continues to link Saudi normalization to a civilian nuclear deal, though Riyadh maintains preconditions tied to Palestinian statehood and has pursued parallel defense pacts with Turkey and Pakistan. Morocco's upgrade to full embassies reinforces existing ties without expanding membership, while broader outreach targets Qatar, Oman, and others. Ongoing Houthi threats and Iran-related security concerns may accelerate quiet cooperation, but Palestinian issue linkages and domestic constraints in candidate states remain key variables through late 2026.
