**Recent September 2026 polls consistently project United Torah Judaism (UTJ) at 7 or 8 Knesset seats ahead of the October 27 election.** Multiple surveys from firms including Lazar, Midgam, Kantar, and others place the Ashkenazi Haredi party in this narrow band, reflecting steady support from its core voter base amid a fragmented political landscape. UTJ’s positioning stems from its focus on Haredi sectoral priorities, such as yeshiva funding and conscription exemptions, following its exit from the prior coalition in 2025 over stalled draft legislation. Internal party tensions, including recent factional splits within Agudat Yisrael and slate negotiations, have not materially shifted projected totals. Broader bloc dynamics—Netanyahu-aligned parties hovering near or below a majority—further anchor UTJ’s expected seat count, as its reliable turnout limits volatility compared to smaller or emerging lists. Trader consensus aligns with this polling stability rather than scenarios of significant gains or losses.
