Rodríguez, a former state senator and Biden administration Labor Department official, likewise advanced unopposed on the Democratic side. Florida’s Republican lean, Uthmeier’s substantial fundraising advantage exceeding $10 million, and his active docket of enforcement actions and policy proposals on issues such as AI accountability have reinforced trader consensus around the incumbent.
