Ella Langley’s *Dandelion* holds a narrow edge in the CMA Album of the Year market following her nine total nominations announced September 10, including the top prize, fueled by the sustained dominance of “Choosin’ Texas” and the project’s recent return to No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The five-nominee field remains tightly bunched because Luke Combs, Zach Top, Kacey Musgraves, and Parker McCollum each bring established fan bases, prior wins or strong critical reception, and distinct stylistic appeal. Traders are watching streaming trends, any late promotional pushes, and historical voting patterns among CMA members ahead of the November 18 ceremony, where momentum from Langley’s breakout year currently separates her slightly from the pack.
