The Peru Liga 1 title race remains tightly bunched because the split Apertura-Clausura format plus playoffs creates multiple qualification paths, with the aggregate table leader Alianza Lima holding a clear edge at 56 points after 27 matches while Deportivo Garcilaso tops the ongoing Clausura at 22 points from 10 games. Recent results underscore the parity, including Garcilaso’s 4-0 win over Universitario, Sporting Cristal’s three straight Clausura victories, and mixed form from sides like Sport Boys, Melgar, and Cusco FC that sit within striking distance. Inconsistent performances across the large field, combined with the playoff structure rewarding Clausura momentum or aggregate consistency, sustain trader consensus around similar implied probabilities for more than a dozen clubs rather than concentrating on traditional powers.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a listed participant to be named as the champion of Peru Liga 1 per the rules of Peru Liga 1 (e.g., participant is eliminated), the corresponding market will resolve to "No".
If multiple teams are declared winners, this market will resolve in favor of the team whose listed name comes first alphabetically.
If this event is cancelled, postponed after December 14, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, or a champion has not been declared within this timeframe, this market will resolve to "Other".
The resolution source will be official information from the Peru Liga 1; however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
