Bobby Pulido holds a market lead over incumbent Monica De La Cruz in the November 2026 general election for Texas’s 15th Congressional District. The race centers on a redrawn district following 2025 boundary changes that incorporated new areas while retaining a Latino-majority electorate historically supportive of Republicans. Pulido, a Tejano musician who secured the Democratic nomination in the March primary, has leveraged high name recognition and polling momentum from summer surveys showing him competitive or ahead. De La Cruz maintains advantages in fundraising and incumbency on issues such as border security and agriculture, though forecasters rate the contest from toss-up to lean Republican. Trader positioning reflects the district’s altered composition and Pulido’s crossover appeal in a battleground seat.
