**A wide-open MLB runs leader market reflects the late-2026 season's competitive balance among high-OBP power hitters and table-setters still accumulating plate appearances.** Aaron Judge's modest 3.2% consensus edge stems from his recent return from a fractured rib that sidelined him since late May, limiting his opportunities despite elite on-base skills in the Yankees' lineup. Kyle Schwarber benefits from consistent power production and RBI opportunities in Philadelphia's offense, while emerging options like Drake Baldwin and Ben Rice gain traction through regular at-bats and favorable batting-order spots. Key differentiators include remaining schedule strength, injury recovery timelines, and team run environments that favor players with strong walk rates and extra-base power in the final weeks.
