Ja'Marr Chase enters the 2026 NFL season fully healthy after a precautionary knee hyperextension in late August training camp, with full participation in recent practices and confirmation he will suit up for the Bengals' Week 1 home opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The sixth-year wide receiver, a repeat team captain, has produced elite receiving touchdown totals when paired with a healthy Joe Burrow, including a league-leading 17 in 2024, though output dipped to eight in 2025 amid quarterback absences. Cincinnati's high-volume passing attack, featuring Chase and Tee Higgins, positions him for consistent red-zone opportunities across a full 17-game schedule, with his production tied closely to offensive line stability, defensive improvements, and the team's overall push toward AFC contention.
