Dallas Goedert enters the 2026 NFL season as the Philadelphia Eagles' primary tight end after re-signing on a one-year deal and benefiting from A.J. Brown's offseason trade to New England. The 31-year-old posted career highs of 60 receptions, 591 yards, and 11 touchdowns across 15 games in 2025, establishing himself as a reliable red-zone target. With DeVonta Smith and rookie first-round wideout Makai Lemon as the main pass-catchers, Goedert projects for expanded targets in an offense featuring a new coordinator whose scheme historically emphasizes tight ends. Rookie second-round tight end Eli Stowers remains behind Goedert and blocking specialist Johnny Mundt on the depth chart while nursing a hamstring issue. Goedert's durability remains a key variable, as he has not completed a full regular season since his rookie year.
