Environment Canada’s official forecast for September 22, 2026, calls for sunny skies and a daytime high of 17 °C under a strong high-pressure system with northeast winds of 15–20 km/h, keeping temperatures suppressed below the late-September climatological average near 20 °C. Multiple model runs align on this outcome, with limited afternoon mixing and no significant warm advection expected. Trader consensus has concentrated on 17 °C (50.5 % implied probability) and 18 °C (34.5 %), reflecting minor uncertainty around exact peak timing and station measurement differences. Updated guidance overnight or early Monday could shift odds if any model spread emerges, though current conditions favor the lower end of the narrow range.
