Recent National Weather Service and Met Office model runs position 32°C as the leading outcome for Panama City, Panama, on September 22, driven by expected clear to partly cloudy skies, light southerly winds, and high humidity that support daytime heating near the upper range of September climatology. Official guidance consistently projects afternoon highs of 31–32°C, with limited convective activity unlikely to suppress maximum temperatures below this threshold. The market's strong weighting toward 31–32°C reflects alignment between global ensemble forecasts and historical September averages around 29–31°C, absent any significant tropical moisture surge or frontal influence that could alter the pattern before resolution. Updated model runs overnight will provide the next key data point for traders.
